1 Introduction & Applicability

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ak44c platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "user"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you fully accept these Terms.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total bets required before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting this requirement.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus offers or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through strategic use of bonuses is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between ak44c and the user. Any prior oral or written discussions are replaced by this agreement.
